Extreme Adventures · Powered Paragliding
Pilots pushing the limits of what is possible on a paramotor. Video interviews and in-depth stories from the edge of the sport.
Paramotor aviation has a long tradition of pilots doing things that have no business working - and working anyway. Multi-day wilderness crossings, coastal traverses above open ocean, high-altitude expeditions, remote access missions. The Adventure Pilot Series is our attempt to document those stories properly.
Each feature combines a sit-down video interview with a detailed written account of the adventure. We want to capture not just what these pilots did, but how they thought about it, how they prepared, what went wrong, and what they would do differently.
These are not highlight reels. They are honest conversations with people who understand the difference between a calculated risk and a reckless one - and who have logged the hours to know which is which.

We are always looking for pilots doing extraordinary things on paramotors. Self-nominations are welcome. If you know someone whose story deserves to be told, get in touch.
What we look for
Pilots doing unique, extreme, or record-setting adventures on paramotors. Distance records, difficult terrain crossings, unusual missions, or projects that push the envelope of what powered paragliding can do.
What the feature includes
A sit-down video interview and a full written article. We cover the planning, the execution, the things that went wrong, and the lessons learned. Honest stories, not highlight reels.
How it works
Reach out via the contact page with a brief summary of the pilot and their adventure. We will follow up if it is a fit for the series.
Every pilot featured in this series started somewhere. PPG2 certification is the foundation. We can get you there.
